PIG Real Estate attempts to shorten the path to desired information by using a "visual thinking" approach instead of the traditional linear "list" technique. There is no "secret" to becoming a successful Real Estate person. There are many different aspects of Real Estate that need knowledge, practice, experience, and simple awareness. Many of these pieces are discovered at the most inconvenient point in time. Oh, "I didn't know that" or "I didn't think of that" are the phrases this site ATTEMPTS to address.
